The timber frame was a high specification, highly insulated timber frame that incorporated metal web joists (Posi Joists) for the floors as well as the roof. The timber frame was manufactured, off-site, and then erected in 8 days. Harmony Timber Frame worked closely with the client and the architect to produce this bespoke timber frame house.
The building itself over looks the rolling countryside in Tunbridge Wells and is beautifully situated close to local communication links with London.
