I deal with Ollie Mason primarily on a merchant/supplier basis. I’ve found him to always be really helpful and go the extra yard to get the job over the line, to the point where we have a trade morning booked at the end of November to try and drive more business. An excellent servant to the company, I’ve also brought customers to the Canterbury factory and been looked after by Harry McGee, Ryan, and Harry Rayfield. In all would definitely recommend the guys and actively do recommend them for future projects.

As a Property Developer, I have had quite a lot of negative experiences with timber frame companies in the past, but Harmony really have exceeded all of my expectations from the initial meeting to the aftercare of the project once it was complete. Harmony was recommended by both our architect (Barry at Cobden Architectural Design) and our structural engineer (Mark at Kelp Studio), and it couldn’t have been more straightforward.

We still have a long way to go but we now have a solid framework where our drawings are coming to life. From the designers to the team that did the installation, all were amazing…. and patient. They were ready but we were not, and we had to delay delivery several times, but there was no pressure. Despite the first day of installation coming with the first torrential rain in months, the whole frame was up by the next afternoon.
