The first, Spitfire Green for Barratt Homes, is a mix of 2-bed apartments and 3 and 4-bed family houses. Our Roof Trusses, Spandrel Panels and Gable Panels form part of the homes and garages, with Posi-Joist metal web joists creating the apartment flat roofs.
The second is a stunning Steel/Timber Frame hybrid by Harmony Timber Frame in Dingley, Market Harborough, where 373mm deep Posi-Joist metal web joists were used throughout to support the additional loading of a sand/cement screed and underfloor heating on the first floor.
