Harmony Timber Solutions designed and supplied roof trusses, spandrel and gable panels, and metal web Posi-Joists for Barratt David Wilson Homes’ Spitfire Green in Ramsgate, Kent.

Spitfire Green features a mix of 2-bed apartments and 3/4-bed family houses with private parking. Our Roof Trusses, Spandrel Panels and Gable Panels form the roofs of the homes and garages on this impressive multi-plot site, with our metal web Posi-Joists helping to form the apartment flat roofs.

Using MiTek Pamir for Posi-Joist metal web joist and Roof Truss design, our team worked in close collaboration with the project architect and structural engineer to address every challenge and incorporate all requested changes seamlessly.

It has been a pleasure to work with Barratt David Wilson on these beautiful homes. We look forward to working together on many more projects in the future.
