The distinctive Timber Frame building was constructed using Posi-Joists and Roof Trusses which offer several benefits to the construction process. Posi-Joists allow greater design flexibility and easier installation making it simpler to create open spaces and accommodate plumbing and wiring needs. Additionally, Roof Trusses provide essential structural support and can span longer distances without requiring interior load-bearing walls enhancing the overall functionality and aesthetics of the building.
